To demonstrate this commitment to our customers and suppliers, working with ISO consultants we have achieved the internationally recognised standards: ISO:9001; ISO:27001. We continue to be Cyber Essentials certified.

ISO:9001 – the quality of our service, the documents we produce, communication with our customers, meeting of deadlines is crucial to our business. This ISO ensures that we have the correct procedures in place to continually track and assess the quality and delivery of all projects we undertake as well as confirming that we are compliant with all relevant legislation throughout the scope of the whole business. 

ISO:27001 – with the increasing sensitivity of the assignments we work on, the rising occurrence and sophistication of cyber threats, legislative requirements around personal and special category data and the progressively higher international profiles of the research organisations we work with, the security of data is now the primary focus and is a major consideration in everything we do. This ISO ensures that we have appropriate policies and comply with the relevant legislation and that this is implemented and maintained throughout the whole business. 

Cyber Essentials – confirming that we are up to date with the latest IT security developments and our employees and subcontractors receive training and are contractually obliged to comply with our IT Security and GDPR policies.  All devices used to process any of our clients’ assignments are set up and managed to reduce the opportunity of cyber threats in line with the latest advice from National Cyber Security Centre.
